The chat playground allows you to test your agent’s responses and capabilities in a text-based environment.

Using the Playground

  1. Click “Start a new Chat” to begin a conversation
  2. Use the suggested prompts or type your own message
  3. Review the agent’s responses
  4. Check conversation history in the sidebar

Test voice interactions through our web interface or phone calls.

  1. Click “Click here to start a web call”
  2. Allow microphone access when prompted
  3. Start speaking with your agent

Phone Calling

  1. Enter your phone number with country code
  2. Click “Phone Call Me”
  3. Answer the incoming call
  4. Interact with your agent
